The summer sun is blazing, the humidity is high, and you’re wilting under the heat. It’s no wonder that so many people complain about summertime weather. However, with a few tips and tricks, you can beat the heat and stay cool all season long! This blog post will discuss six ways to keep your cool during the hottest months of the year.


Drink lots of fluids:

This one is a no-brainer. Stay hydrated! When it’s hot outside, your body sweats more to regulate its temperature. This will help circulate the air and keep things cool. You can also use a fan to help move the air around. Eat cooling foods:
