My Review:

It is really crazy how much you can do with essential oils! This product in particular is known for relaxing your body and mind. If anyone actually knows me they know that I have really bad anxiety so this was great to try out! All you do is inhale a little bit (not close to your nose because it is potent) but just far away so you get the wiff of the smell. I read and write a lot so I always do it right before any of those tasks so it relax’s me. The bottle may be small but because of how little drops you need it will last you a long time! I would highly recommend these to others who have bad anxiety or overthink too much.
