My Review:
I have used other stability balls before but they were always very cheaply made. This Forever Flex ball is so sturdy and tough, I love it! If you know me then you know that I love to work out using all different kinds of exercise equipment and this has defiantly been added to the list. Plus its so much fun just sitting on and bouncing on it! I love how strong it is and the fact that I don’t have to worry about it being around my dog either. My dog loves to play and every time I try to use the ball he jumps up and down on me and the ball! I was so happy I was able to try this out for free in exchange for my most honest opinion because it really has been such an asset to my work out world! LOL
One of the best things that I was impressed with is how well the air pump worked. When I first looked at it I was a little weary, but that completely changed once I started to use it. All in all I was very happy with what I got!
