Good Morning everyone!! How are you on this wonderful day?! I am doing great! I have gotten A LOT accomplished so far and its only 10:30 AM! That’s a first for me lol. I’ve got some exciting news! I was finally picked for my first (of many!) reviews for Tomoson.. yay!! So today I have a exercise DVD that I was given for free to give you my 100% honest review.. so lets get to it!!

My Review:

I have got to say I was very pleased with this DVD workout! I love to exercise and try out new ways to do so, so this was very different then what I am used too. Which is Biggest Loser, Jillian Michael’s & Zumba. 

Now for this particular workout you were supposed to go out and purchase a wooden bar at any local hardware store, which I do not have one very close to me so I wasn’t able to get out and purchase one but it’s OK cause i used a golf club. I honestly believe that was a lot harder than using a regular bar because it is top heavy and with some of the exercises she has you do you have to keep it balanced and it is very hard to do with a golf club! I have been using this workout for about a week and can already feel the change within myself.. and on the scale! I lost 5lbs in the first week! I wouldn’t say I’m heavy but i am heavier than i used to be so 5 lbs to me is such a great feeling! 

I would not say that I am a beginner but I am defiantly not advanced. This workout has a little bit of everything for all types of people! She is really great at helping you through every step, very easy to follow. I love the fact that theres not a lot of jumping around (you can if you want too but you don’t have too).

My favorite thing about this DVD though, is the way Erin helps you with your breathing, ill admit there were times where I laughed out loud because of the way she was breathing and then when I would try it my dog would look at me like I was crazy but hey.. it worked! My downfall when it comes to working out is the fact that I tend to hold my breathe without realizing it, (my trainer yells at me all the time), but with Erin she helps you through every exercise when it comes to breathing she tells you when inhale & exhale and it really helped with my breathing!

I have left my workouts, whether they be with my trainer & with a Jillian Micheal’s DVD so out of breathe and feeling like I got my butt handed to me. Which is an amazing feeling! With Erin you not only end your workout feeling amazing but relaxed at the same time! I really do believe the breathing helps with that A LOT. After my workouts I will go for a nice walk with my dog, or curl up on the couch with a book.. usually (i guess because i hold my breath) I’m gasping for air trying to relax. 

In my opinion.. I would recommend this DVD workout to others regardless of others opinions. I loved it and enjoyed it very much! I hope you will too!
