Movie Review: The Jungle Book!

I am so excited that The Jungle Book is now in theaters!! I got to go to the press screening of the movie a few days before it came out and it seriously made the little kid in me jump for joy! I grew up with watching & re watching all the Disney classics so to be able to view this movie first hand was so amazing.

Can I just say that Jon Favreau did such an amazing job directing this movie. The actors & actresses that him and his team came up with were absolutely perfect.

Below is an amazing video that I wanted to share with you all highlighting the voices in the film including Bill Murray (“Baloo”), Sir Ben Kingsley (“Bagheera”), Lupita Nyong’o (“Raksha”), Scarlett Johansson (“Kaa”), Idris Elba (“Shere Khan”), Christopher Walken (“King Louie”), Giancarlo Esposito (“Akela”) and Neel Sethi who plays Mowgli, the only living character in the film!

I must say though that they really did nail it with casting Neel Sethi for the part of Mowgli. He is just absolutely adorable and brings such much personality to the movie.

I know I shared this already but I love it.

Well guess what? He definitely did handle it! He did such an amazing job that there were times I was almost in tears, then laughing my butt off. Was absolutely one of the best films I have seen in such a long time.

If you haven’t gone to watch it yet I recommend you do that ASAP. You won’t be disappointed I promise!
