White Chocolate and Raspberry Cheesecake
When you’re looking to create a basic cheesecake that has the most delicious topping out there, there’s not many better than the good old-fashioned white chocolate and raspberry cheesecake. You can’t really go wrong with this option and it’s definitely one to try out if you never have before. If you’re not a fan of raspberries you could always use another fruit. My favorite is strawberries and blueberries!
Now this is by far my favorite cheesecake that I have made, and a family favorite! If you are a coffee addict, like myself, you will absolutely love this! Just like all cheesecakes it is best once it cools down completely and also best made with your favorite cup of joe! If you want to add some flavor to it, use flavored coffee. I have used Hazelnut and Pumpkin coffee and both have been amazing!
Baked Alaska Cheesecake
A baked Alaska cheesecake is very unique and hard not to love. It brings together all the things that are great about baked Alaska on the outside with an inner core of cheesecake. What’s not to like about that? It’s a combination that I’ve never tried before, but I can’t wait to try!
Key Lime Cheesecake
The key lime cheesecake is an American classic, and if you’ve never made one before, you should most definitely try this key lime cheesecake recipe for yourself. You won’t be disappointed by the outcome. If you love key lime pie but you’ve never tried the key lime cheesecake version of it for yourself. I personally am not a fan of key lime, but I have heard from many others that its great!
Japanese Cotton Cheesecake
Most people have never even heard of Japanese cotton cheesecake, let alone tried it for themselves. But that’s where they’re missing out because this cheesecake is beautiful, even if it’s very different to every other kind of cheesecake out there. It’s extremely light and airy and uses egg whites to achieve that outcome. The fluffiness it delivers is incredible and you’ll wonder how and why you’ve never tried it before. I actually saw this on Tasty and I have been obsessed on wanting to make it ever since!
If you want to do something new and different with your cheesecake making, one of the best options to try out is the ricotta cheesecake. This is much less like a conventional cheesecake because it’s a lot drier and doesn’t have the creaminess we associate with cheesecake. That’s because cream cheese is, of course, replaced by ricotta. But the texture is simply divine and quite unexpected. Try it for yourself and see how you like it.
