I am obsessed with cookbooks and this right here is on my top 5! If you don’t understand Zen or even the concept of Vegan eating this book is so easy to learn. I love how she goes through every season and explains each seasons organ, color, flavor, & food. I love that because I love knowing what foods are best in which season so having all of that explained is great. The recipes look really good as well. I haven’t had a chance to make any of them but there are so many that I am excited to try. I love eating healthy and delicious and all the flavors that she puts together in her recipes look amazing! I would absolutely recommend this book to all my Vegan lovers.
