My Review:

I love taking vitamins and taking care of myself but a lot of the time I cannot stand the after taste. That’s one of the main reasons why I stopped taking them all together. BUT with Omega-3 Supreme Fish Oil, I have been taking these for a few days now and I have got to say I am extremely impressed! There’s no after taste to deal with, no nasty burps and the biggest thing I love about them is that they are so tiny!

Sometimes it is very hard to swallow pills, I know from experience with being sick & etc. My younger sister takes vitamins and always has trouble swallowing them but I had her try these & she swallowed them with ease! She takes fish oil on a regular basis and her pills are HUGE. So needless to say I may have changed her brand of Fish Oil 😉

The other great thing about this is even though it doesn’t alter your appearance on the outside like HSN does, this supports a healthy heart, brain & joints which is defiantly we all need in our lives!

I would defiantly recommend this product/brand to others!

Where to buy the product:

**I was given this product for free by the company for my absolute 100% opinion. I was in no way coerced into saying what I said or how I feel. My opinions are my own, and I will not recommend a product to viewers if I do not like it.**

I probably need to take fish oil but I am afraid to try it. I don't want to burp the fish oil taste all day. This is a common complaint.

The size of these really isn't bad at all! I've tried some Omega 3's that are huge and gave me bad burps. Glad these done!

I keep buying Omega tablets then forgetting to use them even though I hear how wonderful they are. Thanks for the reminder.

Wow these sound like they could really be beneficial. I'm starting to take all these different types of vitamins so I'd love to add these. Sounds like my body could use them! – Jeanine

I have no problem swallowing pills and I take my vitamins everyday. I used to take fish oils when I was still in my home country. I think I need to take them again.

I have such a poor diet, I really need to get into taking supplements! However, I have never really heard of there being side effects, so I will make sure I do some research first!

These sound like awesome Omega 3 supplements. My sons take Omega 3 every day but I don't because of the same reasons you mentioned. I don't like the after affects but this one I will have to try for sure. Thanks for sharing your experience.

Omega 3 supplement is very important. It's a bit pricey but worth it. I prefer a plant based Omega 3 (chia seeds)

Wonderful post! I normally prefer a plant-based Omega 3, but either way is beneficial for one's skin, hair, and overall health. 🙂

My parents are taking fish oil, but it's from a different brand. I will look for this next time.

Omega 3 should be a part of everyone's diet. Fish is definitely better for you than pills but these are a runner up.

Omega 3 fatty acids are great for your hair, nails, joints, brain, heart, and other things, too. I always take it. I'll give this a try.

I used to take those fish oils because they said it will make you 'smarter'. I don't know what happened. LOL. If you said you're okay with it then great! I never heard of anything negative about them anyway.

If it supports such important organs like your brain and heart, it sounds like everyone should be taking these. I will have to get some.

Let me know what you think!
